The president has declared all 77 counties in the state a federal disaster and we have literally been a "State of Disaster". The Ice Storm Siege of Tulsa has certainly taken its toll on trees and their branches-all neighborhoods look like warzones. We are experiencing the largest power outage in our state's history.
